Ustad Shafaat Khan now offers music lessons over Skype in addition to in-person classes! He teaches the art of improvisation and performance of Indian classical music on sitar, tabla, and vocal, as well as on western instruments such as guitar, violin, cello, bass, flute saxophone, clarinet, percussion, and more.  All levels are welcome. Please reach out to Mr. Khan through our contact page to schedule your lesson.

Meastro Khan's new album, "Reflection & Praise", is his first original compositions project. The Sufi inspired lyrics and poetic melodies are tastefully layered over multicultural fusion music inspiration. It pleases the contemporary listeners, as well as the Indian music connoisseurs.

We are very pleased to inform you that Mr. Khan was presented with the Council of Indian Organizations' 2008 Professional Excellence Award for outstanding musicianship, performance, and teaching by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
